Which photo works best?
A sharp photo taken in daylight, at eye level, with the whole face visible. Phone photos are fine. If you are unsure, send us the one you like best.
How long does it take?
We start on your portrait as soon as you order. Printing and shipping take 4 to 8 working days. We print in the EU, so there are no customs charges and no three-week wait from overseas. Shipping is free, whatever you order.
Where do you ship, and what about Christmas?
We ship within Belgium. Other countries follow once our production and delivery times are consistent. Everything is printed inside the EU, so there are no customs charges. For delivery before Christmas, order by 5 December with standard shipping, or by 10 December with express.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
Send us a photo of the canvas and tell us what looks off. If it is damaged or clearly wrong, we remake it once, free, within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy.
