Return and Refund Policy

Personalised goods

Every Muroca portrait is painted from the photo you send and printed for your order alone. Under Belgian law, article VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law, personalised goods are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. That exclusion applies here.

Free remake

If your canvas arrives damaged, or the portrait is clearly wrong, email murocastudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We remake it once at no cost and ship the new one free. You keep the original.

What is not covered

A change of mind about style, size or colour. Damage caused after delivery. Portraits where the supplied photo was too dark, too blurred or too small to work from, where we flagged this before printing.

Faulty goods

Nothing here limits your legal rights under Belgian consumer law if the product is faulty or not as described.
