Your portrait is painted from your photo and made for you alone. Because it is personalised, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and we cannot resell it.
What we do cover
If your canvas arrives damaged, or the portrait is clearly wrong, send us a photo at murocastudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We remake it once, free, and you do not need to send the old one back.
What we cannot do
We cannot take a portrait back because you changed your mind about the style or the size. Choose carefully: the size picker shows each canvas on a wall so you can see what you are getting.
